According to PNCʻs report, the marine operators training sessions will be at the University of Guam College of Natural and Applied Science Building on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Thursday at 11 a.m.
The public workshop will also be held on Thursday at 6 p.m. at UnderWater World in Tumon.
