I attended a presentation on the haggan or sea turtle.
Today, turtle populations around and on Guam are rising; however, with rising turtle numbers, poaching numbers are also rising.
The goal of Guam Department of Agriculture is to bring turtle numbers up and open up options for cultural harvest.
Do your part and advocate for the sea turtles.
