Recycling on the University of Guam's Campus

Just last week at school, I noticed this wonderful receptacle  which indicates that it originated and was designed in Japan.
Being the bird person I am, I first noticed the tsuru (鶴), the Japanese crane and the ko'ko', the Guam rail.

I was amazed to see this receptacle as for I only see them when I have a layover in a Japan airport.

By having this receptacle on campus, it provides an actual station to place recyclable items in.
It will also help beautify the University of Guam's campus.

Do your part Tritons and recycle! Keep the island home beautiful. After all "there's no place like home".
